Pinwheel paratha ( Tricolor roti )

As the name tricolor itself reveals this roti consists of three colours. I named it as pinwheel because we can see a pinwheel after making this roti. This roti will be a good choice for children who avoid eating vegetables. It will be appealing to everyone.

Requirements :
 Wheat flour – 3 cup
Beetroot pulp – ¼  cup
Spinach puree – ¼  cup
Chilly powder – required
Salt to taste
Required water
Ginger garlic paste (optional)
Method :
Beetroot pulp – remove skin of beetroot and blend nicely
Spinach puree – blanch spinach and blend nicely
Divide wheat flour to three equal portions.
To one portion add beetroot pulp, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder , salt and make dough and keep aside.
To another portion add spinach puree, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, salt and make dough and keep aside.
To the third portion add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder , salt, required water and make dough.
 Press each dough separately.

Place spinach sheet first , followed by plain sheet and beetroot sheet. Roll into cylindrical shape and cut into small circles.

Press this into thin parathas and cook using ghee / oil.
Serve with raita / dhal.
