Soya granules cutlet



Soya is rich in vitamin B-12. If womens take this regularly, they can avoid menopause complications.
Requirements:
Soya granules    - 200g
Potato             - 2nos
Onion - 1 nos
Peas - ½ cup
Chilly powder-1tbsp
Garam masala- ½ tsp

Method:
Soak soya granules in hot water for few minutes, and then squeeze the excess water.
Grind to fine granules in the blender along with cooked peas.
Heat oil; add chopped onion, mashed potato, soya granules sauté for few minutes.
Add chilly powder, garam masala and required salt.
Then add mashed potato sauté for few minutes.
Make into desired shapes and spread in bread crumbs and shallow fry.
Serve with tomato sauce.
