Tahn – Armenian yogurt drink


 This was same as the buttermilk we have in India . Diluted yogurt served at room temperature or cold.





Ingredients :

3 cup of yogurt
2 cup of  cold water
pinch of salt sprig of mint leaf
Method  :

Mix together yogurt , salt and water and blend once in the blender.
Pour into glass and place a mint sprig on top.
Tahn is ready to be served
