Chana (bengalgram dhal ) cutlet



Cutlets are most preferred snacks in india. This is one of my variation of usual cutlet.
Requirements :
Chana (cooked ) – 1 cup
Potato  (boiled ) – 3
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Oil
Bread crumbs

Method :
Coarsely grind chana .
Heat oil / ghee sauté chana mixture and mashed potato.
Add chilly powder and garam masala along with salt.
Make into round shaped patties and spread over bread crumbs and shallow fry in oil.
Serve with tomato sauce and chopped onion.
